An initial session is an opportunity to explore the concerns that are bringing one to seek
counselling or psychotherapy, what an appropriate timeframe may be, how counselling or
therapy might proceed and a chance to see whether the therapist and client will work well
together. Should an initial session not to lead to working together, referrals to other
counsellors and therapists are offered.

Appointments are offered at the Bloombury Therapy Centre in Central London
Fees are £60 per 55-minute session with some discounted places available
